Hello and welcome to my website

I started my spiritual awakening around 30 years ago brought about through a twin flame or soul connection.

It has been an amazing journey back to my true self, back to my soul. The journey has been difficult at times as I work through all the layers of programming, dysfunctional patterns, belief systems that no longer resonate with me and everything comes up for healing. Becoming a Meridian Energetics practitioner gave me a tool box to help me with my journey and to help others too.

Several years ago I experienced a kundalini and heart centre awakening which opened me up to my multidimensional self.

I was drawn to energy work having realised my energy could affect those around me. My Journey is still ongoing as there are many layers to uncover but it has taught me that we are all powerful divine beings of love with so much potential.
