Let it all go

We are coming towards the end of 2016 with only a few months let. This year is a year 9 in numerology, it is about completion and finishing things off before we start the new year in 2017 which will be a year 1, all about new beginnings.
This is a good time to align with higher self and let go of anything that no longer serves our highest purpose such as old beliefs, patterns, habits, addictions and so on. Its time to let it all go and empty out your vessel, body, mind and spirit to make way for the new to come in.
The goal is to evolve to a point where you can embody your higher self by healing your inner child and maturing your self to come into alignment with your higher purpose. It is so important to follow your hearts desires and do whatever makes your heart sing, whatever brings you happiness and make time everyday for yourself to do the things you love, laugh, play, sing, dance,paint, draw, listen to music, walk in nature.
This will increase your vibration and help you to stay in your heart centre at all times. Stay there and let it expand and fill with love so that it fills your entire body and let it flow out to the world around you. What we give out comes back to use in many ways, so only give out to the world that which you wish to receive back. When we stay in heart centre we align with the soul.
The soul is like a diamond with many facets and is in many existences in different timelines and dimensions. We are not individuals in one physical body we are so much more. We are connected to other aspects of our soul in which we are living other lives in other timelines and dimensions and this is all happening now! Time is not linear but spiral in nature, so all the past and future is happening right in this moment which is now. Now is all we have and all our past lives are running concurrently with this one which can have a big effect on this life. The trauma and trials you are going through in another life will have an affect on your life in this existence.
This knowledge or awareness can help us to evolve as we can tap into knowledge from these other lives. We all have had a life as a man and a woman and we all carry masculine and feminine energy. We can integrate ourselves and balance out our feminine and masculine energies to become more whole. We become a multidimensional being!
These are really exciting times to be witnessing especially when you come to uncover these other aspects of our soul, it makes life much more interesting and fun. Time for new beginnings soon so let it all go and open your self to new and endless possibilities.
This present moment is the only time we have to make a choice, to make a change, to set our intention. In this now we create our reality, the past has gone. Let it go! The past was our stepping stone into this present moment wether our experiences were good or bad it was our teacher. The future doesn't yet exist so no need to worry about it. We are all sovereign creator beings. When we stand in this knowing we have full responsibility and accountability over ourselves and our life. We create the future by manifesting in this present moment. When we live in our heart centre we have a knowing by tapping into the multi dimensional portal of the heart for information. The ego and mind is needed when we are in balance of our masculine and feminine energy we come into the unified mind in coherence with the heart. In this now we feel, we observe, we deal with our triggers, we heal! We make choices, we change, we set our intentions to create our life. Life is about our experiences, wether that is good or bad, this is showing us who we are, what we need to let go of, what we need to change! We become aware of belief systems and ancestral patterns that we hold. We become conscious creators aware of all our aspects, our abilities, our passions, our shadow self, our path in life. I have just gone through a big learning curve about being in the now over the last few months. I set my plans in action for something I wanted to do but there were external variables that were out of my control. As events unfolded my mind would create scenarios and felt I was being pulled into the future and found myself becoming anxious. My mind would also reflect back to my memories when times were easier and that would make me depressed. In those moments I would catch myself and go back into my heart centre . I would become more calm and peaceful and be in acceptance. In the moment I changed my thoughts and set my intentions for the best outcome and that everything would be fine no matter what the outcome I would allow and accept everything. The event did go as planned and by staying in the now, in acceptance, in my heart everything did turn out for the best!
The great awakening is now upon us. This is an evolutionary shift in consciousness. What a wonderful time to be alive to not only witness this event but to be able to contribute to the change which is much needed at this time. These are truly strange times we are in due to the current pandemic. We have been forced to stop our busy lives and take a step back. We now have much time on our hands. We cannot go outside so this is a time to go inside, a time of self reflection. A time to go deeper into self and ask some questions about ourselves and the lives we are living and what we want to happen going forward. The world as we know it will never be the same again and this is a good thing. Everything was dysfunctional from relationships to beliefs . Its now time for a new way of being. Its time to get in touch with yourself, trust your intuition, listen to what it says. Reconnect and let go of old beliefs, the time has come to reinvent the world. We are all powerful beings of love, when connected to self, to source. We have the highest guidance and from this we can create a better way of being. We create our reality through our thoughts and feelings. We can create a world of peace by finding our own inner peace. We can create a world of love by being love. We can create a place of unity by being in union with our self. During these strange times I have witnessed people going out of their way to help others. I have felt a real sense of commUNITY and commPASSION as we communicate with one another with unity and passion for a better world to live in.
A new year and a good time for some self reflection as we look back over the previous year and look forward to a new year in that it may bring our hopes and dreams to fruition. We may decide to implement a few changes to support our growth and development and get rid of some bad habits. This isn't a once a year job, this is every moment of your life kinda job where you invest your time in yourself for your growth and evolution. In every moment what is showing up for us? what do we need to change as a result to become better versions of ourselves and what is needed to dream bigger, to create the life we are happy to live. We can have it all, if only we keep telling ourselves in any given moment, we deserve it and we are worthy of it. It is time to nurture our being, bring out our inner child to play and do more of that which gives us joy, have fun, be happy and creative. Being a mother i didn't think twice about nurturing my children as i only wanted the best for them to love them. When i look back i was neglecting myself thinking i didn't have time for myself and certainly being a single mum took all my time and energy. If only i had more time to nurture my own self, my inner child, be a parent to my own inner child i would have grown and flourished, i would be more healthy, more mature, more balanced and a stronger person in a better position to handle the daily tasks of being a single mum but i waited until i had more free time to spend on myself Nurturing should be done on all levels, emotional, mental, spiritual as well as physical. We often pay attention to our physical appearance and needs,as we love to get a nice new hair do or clothes which is great but are we paying enough attention to whats going on inside to our emotional needs, to our thought patterns, our belief systems which can hold us back and prevent us from moving forward and living a life we dream of instead we keep on a mundane life of eat sleep work repeat, stuck in loops not getting anywhere. Self nurturing should go deeper than the physical, nurture our soul, have a deeper connection to our true essence, find out our souls purpose and align with our souls growth and evolution. This is when we flourish, find our inner peace and become happy
I have a deep soul connection with another, we can communicate telepathically across large distances because we have a heart to heart connection. Information is available to each other and communication is instant without any loss in translation or misunderstandings. Language is a man made concept, in earlier times or in higher dimensions beings communicate with telepathy. Language can be powerful but has the tendency to be misunderstood or misinterpreted. We spell words and spelling is what it creates as they can cast spells with the words we say. We are not always conscious of the power behind words, we only realise if we say something hurtful to some one and how it affects them, yet we may say many hurtful things to ourselves without realising. Our negative self talk can be destructive to ourselves and stop us from living a life that we want. We easily get in our own way as a result and end up going around in circles. Negative thought patterns are a big contribution to our destructive self talk. Thoughts are just energy and it is important to be mindful of thoughts, they are not necessarily our own, then why should we engage in them particularly the negative thoughts just be the awareness behind them and watch them come and go. Have you ever looked in to the mirror and told yourself how magnificent you are, how beautiful you are and how much you love yourself? It is much easier to say it to other people but many of us find it difficult to tell ourselves, yet we often engage in negative self talk such as i'm no good at this, i can't do this, i will never get what i want, these are all examples i have caught myself saying to myself which i wouldn't say to anyone else. Why say them to you? The most important person in the world is you, as you are the one you are going to spend the rest of your life with. The next time you catch yourself talking badly about yourself, make a correction with something positive to say and next time you think a negative thought let it float on by like a black cloud passing over. Once its passed the sun will be out to shine on you so tell yourself today that you are worthy, that you can do it, that you love yourself and see your life change for the better and bring on the sunshine within you.
The past has a great influence in our lives more so than you would think. Our ancestors pass down our genes, our DNA which not only determine how we look, the colour of our eyes and skin. They also pass down to us dysfunctional patterns, belief systems and any traumas that they may have endured, it is all imprinted into our cellular DNA. We are born into a world that is riddled with belief systems through religion, our government and our culture all determine how and what we should be like. If you do not conform to this image or you don't act a certain way or take on those belief systems then you will feel that you don't fit in and feel different to everyone else and as a result may feel stressed and feel inadequate. We are born into a family and take on the beliefs of that family. We go to school and learn what the educational system wants us to learn. Society through governments and religion tell us to be a certain way, to conform to an ideal image through advertising, fashion, TV and films, popular culture and so on. The majority of us will have a hard time trying to fit into this ideal person and this causes us to feel stress, fear as we worry that we are not good enough. Most of us do not question the status quo, the fact that there isn't anything wrong with us but everything is wrong about our society and the world we live in. As a result most of us will go through life in survival mode due to all the fear and stress we endure from not fitting into a system that doesn't serve us, we develop an ego, an identity from our experiences in our life and carry around with us all the pain and emotions that we build up over time, this in turn will lead to more illness and suffering if we don't release these trauma. We are not just a physical body, most of us are part of a soul that is experiencing many other lives in other timelines and dimensions. Spiritual evolution is about embodying the soul and ascending into higher vibrations of ourselves. The goal being to get into higher states of awareness to meet the higher self and we can only do this by healing our wounds and traumas and letting go of all that doesn't serve us. Healing the inner child will bring about spiritual maturity, feeling into our core wounds to release the negative emotions that are stored within, this will help us heal and reach higher states of awareness.
The Process of opening up is similar to a flower coming into full blossom with the light of a new day However it took many years for it was a slow gradual opening Opening to my true essence, my true spirit, my true self I hid away from you for so long behind the fears of the ego mind Trapped in a cycle of survival and denial, i was blind Then he came along to show me my true potential, my soul Every time we meet i go deeper into my core There are many treasures and possibilities to explore He blasted my heart wide open after it was closed down Many years of holding onto fears and painful emotions Time to let them all go, purge and cleanse the emotional body Going deeper into the heart centre, opening wider Feeling the energy flooding out, the joy, the bliss The all knowing, all powerful source creator energy Opening up to all possibilities, opening to abundance An open road to freedom Enjoying the ride
